At Equine Evolve, we aim to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every customer. The following outlines our delivery terms and expectations:
Shipping Times

Standard Delivery (Ireland & UK): 3–5 business days

International Delivery (EU & worldwide): 7–14 business days

Customised or made-to-order items: Allow additional time for production, typically up to 14 business days before dispatch
Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the next business day
Shipping Rates
- Free delivery on all orders over €100.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value

Free standard shipping may apply to qualifying orders (subject to current promotions)
International Deliveries

We ship globally using reliable courier services. Anpost for Ireland, DHL/ DPD For International Shipping.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country
Tracking

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, provided by email once your order is dispatched
Special Handling

Fine jewellery orders are securely packaged and may require a signature upon delivery for added security
Delivery Issues
If you experience delays or delivery issues, contact us at store@equineevolve.com with your order number and tracking information. We will assist promptly and liaise with our courier partners to resolve the issue.
