## How the bespoke process works

1. Order online — this secures your piece and starts the process.
2. Within 1–2 business days the team contacts you to take exact wrist measurements and discuss personalisation (including incorporating your horse's hair on selected pieces).
3. The piece is handmade to order.
4. It is shipped to you with tracking.

Bespoke bangle lead time: **up to 8 weeks** after measurements/design are confirmed. Candle and cushion are in stock and ship in 2–4 business days.

## Returns & Refunds

- **Bespoke gold jewellery (all bangles): non-returnable and non-refundable** — each piece is handmade to the customer's personal specifications (sizing, horsehair, etc.).
- **Candle & cushion:** returnable within **14 days** of delivery if unopened, unused and in original/new condition.
